Souper! Salad!

This will be short since today has been the worst day of the yr so far. And once of the worst days I have had at work in a good year or two.

I am not going to get into details but I have had it. I will be leaving my job this year. Yes, it pays wonderfully and I have been with the company for five years but my unhappiness and dissatisfaction with my role is not worth it.

After this horrible day, I called up a friend to see if she wanted to go to dinner. She was already at Hops for $1.50 beers so I joined her for a few. We walked over to Souper! Salad! afterwards to get our salad bar on!

I was very excited! Poor picture quality….

 

 

I got a BIG Salad with spinach, eggs, carrots, mushrooms, peas, tuna salad, radishes with ranch and vinaigrette dressing-fabulous 🙂

 

The second round was not as healthy though–nachos and pizza.

 

Between this and the discount beer, this was exactly what I needed after this horrible day.

Now for my moving game plan…………
